Transparent Pricing

Fees & Payment

Transparent pricing. Clear expectations from the start. No hourly billing anxiety.

Our Approach

Paradise Law operates on a fee-for-service model: payment is made in advance of work performed. This approach eliminates billing surprises and ensures you always know exactly what your representation will cost.

No Hourly Billing

No watching the clock during phone calls. No surprise invoices at the end of the month.

Clear Expectations

You know your costs upfront before any work begins. No hidden fees or surprise charges.

Payment in Advance

All fees are paid before work begins on each phase. This ensures transparency and commitment.

Payment Options

Paradise Law offers structured payment arrangements for qualifying clients. All payment options maintain our core principle: fees are paid in advance of work performed.

Retainer-Based Billing

Pay an initial retainer. Work is performed against your balance, with regular accounting of time and services.

Milestone Payments

For larger cases, payments can be tied to case phases: filing, discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation.

Important Note

All legal fees must be paid before work begins on each phase. This is not a "work now, pay later" arrangement. This policy ensures transparency, eliminates billing surprises, and allows both attorney and client to focus entirely on the case rather than billing disputes.
